About Soccerzone UK

Soccerzone UK have been running small-sided football leagues in the North West of England for 20 years. In that period we have had many offers to branch out all over the UK but have always resisted, as we like to keep everything in house and to manageable levels – that’s not to say we are small-fry!  We have over 25 leagues around the region, with between 4000 and 5000 players competing each week at our small-sided soccer centres.

We have varying formats all over the region – Adult 5-a-side leagues, 6-a-side football indoor and outdoor, and 7-a-side leagues.

All our centres have on-site managers, and all tournaments are fully sanctioned and affiliated by the FA. We also work closely with local referee associations ensuring that they send us only their best experienced officials.

About our Football Leagues

5 a-Side Football and 6-a-Side Football

Soccerzone UK have been involved in 5-a-side football and 6-a-side football for over 16 years. 5-a-side and 6-a-side experienced a boom in the mid-90’s, and in the North West we were at the forefront of this boom. 5-a-side football allows people of all abilities to come together for a competitive game once a week at a local venue. Teams can be made up of workmates or friends down the pub, etc. Most 5-a-side football and 6-a-side football venue’s hold leagues every night of the week and at weekends.  The rules of 5-a-side football vary from centre to centre, but generally the ball is not allowed above head-height, and games are usually 20 minutes each-way with a 1 minute break for half-time. 7-a-Side Football

Soccerzone UK is also involved with 7-a-side football, which is hugely popular in the North West, with more people playing every week. 7-a-side allows people of various ages and abilities to come together for a competitive game once a week at a local venue of their choice. Teams can be made up of friends from the pub, workmates, etc. The rules of 7-a-side football do vary from area to area, but generally the ball is allowed over head-height, and games are usually played for 20 minutes each-way. 5-a Side League

Soccerzone UK have been involved in 5-a-side league football for over 10 years. 5-a-side league football is a very popular sport in the North West. We have centers in Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Wigan, plus many others. 5-a-side league football gives people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to meet up every week and play in a competitive league format. Most 5-a-side football league matches are held every night of the week and also at weekends. 5-a-side league football rules vary from region-to-region, but generally, each game lasts 20 minutes each-way, and has a 1 minute break for half-time.
